Retreat Refund Policy

Retreat Admission

Admission tickets may be completely refunded up to 60 days prior to the start of the retreat.

Ticket Transfers

Retreat admission tickets are transferable to another individual at any time, including after the refund deadline, provided the transfer is confirmed in writing with Desert Divinations. To request a transfer, the original purchaser must contact Desert Divinations at info@desertdivinations.com and provide the original attendee's name and the new attendee's full name and email address. All replacement attendees must individually complete and electronically sign the required Release and Waiver of Liability Agreement before participating in retreat activities.

Merchandise

Pre-paid merchandise is not refundable at this time.

Lodging & Meals

Lodging accommodations and meal tickets are arranged and purchased separately through Ghost Ranch. All reservations, payments, cancellations, and refund requests related to lodging and meals are subject to Ghost Ranch's policies and must be handled directly with Ghost Ranch.
